New EAPC Task Force Publication

The EAPC Task Force on Advance Care Planning and Dementia have recently had their paper: Future policy and research for advance care planning in dementia: consensus recommendations from an international Delphi panel of the European Association for Palliative Care published in The Lancet Healthy Longevity.
